This sushi restaurant takes a lot of skill and work, and the freshness is outstanding. The seafood is superbly kanoko knit, the tuna in particular is so tender that it melts in your mouth, and the mackerel sushi is delicious and has excellent fat content. The vegetable tempura also includes Manganji chili peppers and sweet potatoes, each of which is delicious. The restaurant is also very comfortable and the staff is very attentive. We look forward to revisiting.
