When I found it in the residential area, I felt like I had discovered a little hidden gem. The interior is centered around a counter, and the owner's cheerful voice resonates, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The sashimi is served thickly with tuna, sea bream, and horse mackerel, and I was amazed by the freshness of each. The freshly fried horse mackerel is fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside, making me smile involuntarily. With small dishes like salad, kinpira gobo, and pickles included, I was able to enjoy it all the way to the end without getting bored. I had a large serving of rice, and together with the complimentary nameko mushrooms and mozuku seaweed, I felt completely happy and satisfied.
