This is a cozy little restaurant where the counter is the main feature, allowing for a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Only pure rice sake is available, and you can enjoy its refreshing and easy-to-drink flavor. The snacks are mainly handmade dishes, and their simple deliciousness is delightful. There is an Okayama-style sauce katsudon, with a light and crispy coating that is wonderfully fragrant, and it pairs perfectly with the sauce. The staff are friendly, and it's enjoyable to hear them talk about their culinary passions. The atmosphere is pleasant with familiar customers coming and going, and I found myself enjoying the sake more and more.
