This is a calm soba restaurant located in an alley, and as soon as you enter, you feel a sense of comfort. There is a wide variety of dishes, and it's enjoyable to choose both snacks and soba. The dashi-maki tamago (rolled omelette) is soft and infused with dashi, while the corn tofu is chewy with a gentle sweetness. The sakura shrimp and new onion tempura has a pleasant aroma and is crispy with a light batter. The soba has a rich fragrance and can be enjoyed with salt, and you can fully savor the soba-yu (hot water used to rinse the soba) at the end. This restaurant, centered around the smooth zaru soba, offers high satisfaction with its tempura and grilled dishes.
