The thinly sliced whole tongue is large, and when you roll it up and eat it, the richness of the fat spreads gently, making it the best. The upper tongue has a moderate chewiness, and when paired with garlic butter confit, the aroma is greatly enhanced. The specially selected wagyu harami becomes tender when cooked, and the more you chew, the juicier and happier it makes you feel. The liver, raw senmai, and toro heart have no unpleasant odors, and the charcoal grill's aroma makes them even more delicious. The owner purchases seasonal ingredients, so every dish is delicious. The sashimi platter in particular shows the owner's attention to detail, with dishes such as tuna tempura and cold yellowtail. The fact that even the wakame seaweed is carefully selected is a surprise. I was also told that the restaurant is particular about the wasabi, and that they put the wasabi on top of the soy sauce after dipping it in the soy sauce. This restaurant is wonderful! I would like to try the yellowtail shabu in winter. The food is cosy and satisfying. I would definitely go back to this restaurant.

It was my first visit in three and a half years, and the food was still excellent. We were a little concerned about the cramped seating, but we had a great time and enjoyed the delicious locally produced and consumed food. I would like to visit this restaurant again.

The taste was very good.
The restaurant staff was very friendly.
However, I would have been happy if they could have taken us to a larger table because the food was large. The restaurant was not full at that time, and we visited with 7 people, one of whom was in the birthday section, so it was very small.
It would have been better if the menu was a little easier to understand.

Among the dishes, I was impressed by the tai taki (sea bream) and fried octopus. The restaurant is attractive and easy to enjoy even with a full stomach. The atmosphere of the restaurant is popular despite its basement corner. I would like to visit this restaurant again. Thank you for the food.
