Owners Emiko Tsunesada and Mr. Teppei harness the benefits of locally grown vegetables and organic ingredients, dedicating themselves to daily cooking. While valuing the natural flavors of the ingredients, they incorporate plenty of vegetables into Western-style dishes, finishing each plate to be gentle on the diner's body.
