The thin soba noodles are smooth, with a light and pleasant mouthfeel. The broth, fragrant with bonito, is sharp and pairs perfectly with the thin noodles. A sprinkle of pepper from the table changes the flavor and makes it addictive. It's also recommended to enjoy it with cold soba or dipping soba, as it can be eaten easily. The burdock tempura tastes great when enjoyed with salt before being dipped in the broth, offering a different deliciousness. The interior of the restaurant has good taste, and relaxing jazz plays in the background, making it a comfortable place.

The hand-made ultra-thin soba noodles slide smoothly, and the flavor unique to 100% buckwheat soba is clearly conveyed. The dipping sauce is rich in umami and has a refreshing aftertaste, and the noodles are well-drained, making for a pleasant taste until the end. You can adjust the flavor to your liking with green onions, black pepper, shichimi, and ichimi available on the table. Both the cold shrimp tempura soba and the dipping soba have their own unique qualities that are enjoyable. The limited-time dipping oyster soba allows you to fully enjoy the oysters, and you can also have the soba broth.
