Horse Sashimi Assortment (for 2 people)
Enjoy various cuts such as lean meat, loin, tongue, double skirt, rare cuts like tenderloin, sirloin, and heart, depending on the ingredients available. Please enjoy with Kyushu-style sashimi soy sauce, sesame oil, or salt to your liking! Furthermore, horse sashimi has different textures depending on the cut, broadly categorized into soft and chewy. It has no strong taste, so we really want everyone to try it... it is truly a special dish! The combination of sake and horse sashimi is the best!
