Monkfish and plenty of vegetables! The broth is made from 1. monkfish meat and vegetables in a broth made by carefully frying, grilling, and dissolving monkfish liver in soup stock. 2. Yose-nabe with plenty of chicken and vegetables! It is served in a refreshing Kyoto-style dashi broth.
