First, sashimi is delivered, followed by a variety of dishes to enjoy as a set. The small bowls of seasonal fish and vegetables all have a simple flavor that brings peace to the heart as you eat. The beer is poured very well, and even the fine bubbles are delicious. It's also nice that the dishes are served according to your eating pace, creating a warmth reminiscent of a home dining table.
