This is a restaurant where you can casually enjoy eel. The carefully selected Japanese eel is grilled to a fragrant perfection, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The balance of the sauce is excellent, and the aroma of sansho pepper pairs well. The eel is served in two layers on top of rice, making it satisfying and filling. There are also hitsumabushi and white grilled eel available, allowing you to enjoy variations in flavor with yuzu pepper and sansho. The takeout bento is convenient, letting you savor delicious eel at home.
