Torisumiyaki CHARCOAL CHICKEN

The restaurant offers a variety of skewers and a la carte dishes made from high quality chicken from Miyazaki and other areas, carefully grilled over charcoal. The menu consists of dishes such as white liver pâté and chicken breast fritters that can be enjoyed as "chicken dishes + sake" in the izakaya (Japanese-style pub) style. The flavor of the ingredients is used while the balance of aroma and texture is carefully considered.

Located in a quiet location along Kanpachi-dori Avenue, the interior is decorated with wood and warm-colored lighting. The counter seats are easy to use and can be used for a wide range of purposes, from drinking alone after work to using in groups. While the aroma of smoke fills the air, you can sense that the space has been created with a sense of comfort in mind.

Over the years, we have honed our charcoal-grill technique and are well known in the community as a restaurant that brings out the best flavor of chicken. While the focus is on chicken dishes, the restaurant also offers a wide variety of seasonal dishes and sake snacks. We have established a style of enjoying the flavors of charcoal and chicken in a space filled with a fragrant aroma.
