At a traditional yakitori restaurant by the river, as soon as you open the door, a fragrant smoke wafts in. The interior is surprisingly spacious, with a counter and tables in the back, allowing for a relaxed experience. There are solid smoke prevention measures around the grill, so it's nice that your clothes don't easily pick up the smell. Of course, the classic negima and tsukune are fresh and juicy, along with rare cuts like heart and white meat. The rich red stew and fluffy tsukune are also impressive, and when eaten with mustard, the flavor is even more enhanced. There is a pleasant atmosphere at the lively counter, reminiscent of the Showa era, where you can sip on bottled beer or sake, making it easy to linger longer.
