It's right by the station and the sign is easy to understand, making it a great place to drop by. The aroma of charcoal is pleasant, and the roasted pork is crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, with a slightly sweet flavor that is irresistible. When sliced and paired with white shredded leeks, the aroma is enhanced and it becomes very delicious. The butchery work is meticulous, allowing you to fully appreciate the umami of the lean meat and the sweetness of the fat. The fried food section's minced meat and croquettes are also fluffy and have a gentle taste, which pairs well with the sauce. Being able to buy it in blocks and cut it to your preferred thickness also expands the enjoyment at home, which is delightful.
