Yasaku is an authentic charcoal-grilled yakitori restaurant located in Maizuru 2-chome, Fukuoka Prefecture. All of the yakitori skewers are large and reasonably priced. The popular liver skewers are highly recommended with sesame oil and plenty of green onions, and the half-cooked chicken meat is also popular. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere with a wide variety of alcoholic beverages.

I made a reservation for 6 PM. The restaurant opened right at 6 PM. It was a counter seat, but the chairs were not hard, which was nice. However, perhaps because it was cold outside, every time the entrance opened, my feet got cold, so if you are at the counter, it might be good to dress warmly. My favorite is the rose skewers and tataki. The skewers are larger and satisfying, and I recommend them! ♩ I will visit again.

Overall, it is a nameral yakitori restaurant. Reservations are a must. This time, too, I came here to eat yakitori with a lot of energy. The yakitori here is large and satisfying, and the sauce has a great flavor. You can eat as many as you want for a reasonable price. The miso bara is popular, but the tsukune is also excellent. The staff is very kind and friendly, so I highly recommend this restaurant.
