★★★☆☆☆ [3.6 Ramen Kikyo to Sora @ Nishi Arai 3.39 on the food log This is one of the few authentic ramen shops in my hometown of Nishi Arai! Last time I had the thick niboshi ramen Sora, so this time I ordered the light soy sauce ramen Kikyo 🥢. That's right. There are two kinds of ramen here, which is why the name of the restaurant is Kikyo and Sora. Kikyo is a blend of four different types of soy sauce as its base, and features a delicious soup that is light but full of flavor 😋. The thin, straight noodles are also wonderfully perfect 🍜.

★★★☆☆☆ [3.6 Kikyo to Sora @ Nishi Arai *Eating log 3.58 I went to Kikyo and Sora ramen restaurant in Nishi Arai, my hometown station! The restaurant offers two types of ramen: Kikyo, a light soy sauce ramen, and Sora, a thick niboshi ramen. If you like it rich, choose the thick niboshi ramen called Sora 🥢 It is not as thick as the recent trend, but it is a cohesive thick niboshi ramen that is delicious 😋. I would like to try the Kikyo Ramen in light soy sauce next time 👍.
