It was a reservation-only specialty spice curry restaurant, and the calm space renovated from a private home was very comfortable. Since you take off your shoes and change into slippers, you can relax as if you were at a friend's house. There were two types of curry that week, and by being greedy and ordering both, I was able to fully enjoy the difference in flavors. The ginger curry, rich in pork, combined the aroma of spices with the sharpness of ginger, which was invigorating. The coconut-based shrimp curry had a slight tanginess and paired perfectly with the fluffy basmati rice. Even the side dishes were carefully prepared, and in the end, I was so satisfied that I mixed everything together and devoured it eagerly.
