The interior features a simple design based on white, allowing for a relaxed atmosphere. In the attached brewing space, innovative craft beers are being brewed, which is exciting even before tasting. The glass of beer poured is rich in aroma and has a very refreshing flavor. When paired with cherry salmon and a generous vegetable dressing, the beer's crispness is further enhanced. The shrimp and gnocchi with a hint of basil, as well as the rich ankimo (monkfish liver), are a perfect match, making it hard to put down the chopsticks. There is also a wide variety of sake available, so it's delightful to enjoy different options according to your preferences.
