The atmosphere is quiet and calming, and walking down the path to the entrance is exciting. The chicken dishes are all impressive, and the chicken breast salad is moist and pairs well with the sesame sauce. The charcoal-grilled chicken skewers are thick, with crispy skin and juicy meat to enjoy. The fried chicken is fragrant with a light texture, and it pairs perfectly with fruity sake. The offal hot pot allows you to choose the flavor, and the offal is fresh, which is great because the fat doesn't solidify easily over time. I'm very satisfied with the vegetables from Itoshima, the glossy rice, the fluffy yam on the hot plate, and the well-maintained beer served by the staff.
