We have prepared a course that allows you to enjoy high quality authentic Indian cuisine that focuses on ingredients and production methods! Naan and chicken are freshly prepared in a high-temperature tandoor oven. Caesar Salad: Fresh vegetables with homemade dressing. Long ago, I couldn't forget the taste of nameless curry-flavored rice I had on a street corner in India. It was a dish called biryani. In the spring of 2016, I embarked on a journey to study biryani. I encountered biryani that reminded me of 'that time' on the street corner, biryani cooked in large pots by former biryani chefs at home parties, and the finest biryani made for maharajas... I met various types of biryani, each as diverse as the ingredients, regions, and creators. Based on traditional methods, the unique flavor of 'Diamond Biryani' is born here.
In a single pot, the flavors of the ingredients and the aroma of the spices blend together, making the rice sparkle like a gem... Biryani can be considered the masterpiece of rice dishes created by the spice culture. We deliver it with a method and recipe honed through research in the holy land of Biryani, Hyderabad (India). This fragrant Biryani is crafted with the theme of the Biryani eaten by Indian kings, the Maharajas. After you place your order, we carefully cook each pot. We pursued the 'three essential elements' that determine deliciousness: 'aroma', 'umami', and 'texture'.
