The Chinese restaurant on the corner is always bustling with energy. Just the aroma wafting over the counter makes my stomach growl. The signature dish, the thick soy sauce ramen, has a rich broth that clings to the noodles, making it irresistible. The freshly made fried rice is fluffy, with each grain separated, and has a glossy finish while still being light. The gyoza and stir-fried beef with green peppers have just the right texture and aroma, making it hard to put down my chopsticks. Even when I drop by at night, the warm atmosphere welcomes me, and I often end up staying longer than planned.
