This is a small shop where you can enjoy ingredients from Goto, and the fragrant fish stock is impressive at first. The udon comes in various styles such as chilled, boiled, hell-cooked, and warm kake, all of which have a rich broth. The fluffy and creamy egg udon pairs well with sesame oil, making it easy to eat. The dish with fresh sea lettuce and tofu has a pleasant coastal aroma and a gentle texture. The fried udon with Goto pork, the fish cake made only with horse mackerel, and the smoked baby sardines all stand out in flavor. The sake mixed with fish stock becomes even more flavorful when you dissolve yuzu pepper, creating a comforting deliciousness.

The innkeeper in a traditional cooking apron welcomed us, and it feels comfortable here. She manages everything by herself, but the variety of dishes is more than I expected. The dishes made with ingredients from Goto are plentiful, and the kibinago and satsuma-age pair perfectly with shochu. There are various brands of bottled beer available, so you can choose according to your mood. The sake diluted with agodashi has a pleasant aroma, and when tried at the recommended ratio, the umami stands out. The seasonal limited fresh aosa udon spreads the scent of the sea, and with the thick sauce and condiments, it remains enjoyable until the end.
