In response to requests for a lunchtime banquet, we have started a lunch course. The course includes a gorgeous assortment of appetizers and sashimi prepared with fish that the chef selects from Toyosu every morning. Please use this course for family and relative meetings, mothers' gatherings, women's gatherings, and casual business lunches.
The dishes offered are all full of delicacies that reflect the season. From appetizers, sashimi, and simmered dishes to fresh seafood and vegetables, you will enjoy a variety of Japanese dishes that reflect the season and spread the flavor with each bite. The meal is served with a bowl of seasonal kama gohan (rice cooked in a pot).
The sumptuous lineup includes a gorgeous assortment of appetizers, A5-rank Yamagata beef fillet steak, and sashimi freshly selected by our chef every morning in Toyosu. Enjoy authentic Japanese cuisine made with seasonal ingredients to your heart's content, as each bite is sure to spread the flavor of the season.
This course is perfect for the cold season, and the contents of the hot pot will be decided after consultation with the customer.
The dishes served are all delicious and reflect the season. You can choose from Yose-nabe or Kamo-nabe.

Yamagata beef is a prized black-haired wagyu from Yamagata Prefecture, known as the capital of ingredients. It is a rare 'Chateaubriand' that can only be obtained from 3% of a single cow. The fat content is half that of the loin, and it is exceptionally tender. It is recommended to enjoy it simply with mild rock salt and crushed black pepper. 50g
