The interior, based on pink, is bright and the terrace seating is comfortable. The 100% rice flour banh mi has a crispy exterior and a light, chewy texture inside. The rich peanut butter and fragrant coconut combination is simply perfect. The plant-based filling, reminiscent of skirt steak, is surprisingly juicy and truly feels like meat. The rice flour canelé I chose for dessert has a crispy outside and a moist inside, bringing a smile to my face. The fermented red bean butter baked sweet potato and almond milk latte also have a gentle flavor, leaving me feeling happy until the very end.
