I thoroughly enjoyed the flavors of Sri Lanka and am very satisfied. The rice and curry come with plenty of side dishes, and the more you mix them, the more enjoyable the layering of flavors becomes. The indica rice has a good grain structure and pairs well with the spices. The fish devil is a spicy stir-fry of fish and vegetables, which goes perfectly with rice. The fish croquette has a light and crispy coating, and the flavor of the fish spreads through the potato. The dosa has a crispy texture and is very delicious.
