The local atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming, making you feel at ease as soon as you enter. The staff at the grill are efficient, and you can feel their attention to detail. The grilled chicken has a pleasant aroma, and the thigh meat is lightly seasoned, bringing out its rich flavor. The sauce for the tonchan is delicious and addictive, while the heart has a nice chewiness that releases more flavor with each bite. The eel skewers and kushi katsu are also impressive, making you want to reach for more. The interior, with its counter and tables, is lively with regular customers, and I was able to spend my time comfortably.
