This shop located in Minato Ward plays Okinawan folk music the moment you open the door, allowing you to feel the tropical atmosphere. There is a shared parking space in front of the shop and on the north side, making it easy to access by car. The new and clean interior features an L-shaped counter and table seating, providing a comfortable place to sit. The specialty soft bone soki soba comes with large, tender meat, and the cartilage has a delightful crunchy texture. The gentle-flavored soup pairs well with the thick, flat noodles, and the portion size is substantial. The rice and small side dish that come with it add extra satisfaction, and when you switch to jushi, the aroma of the seasoned rice becomes even more pronounced. You can enjoy the dish until the end by changing the flavor with pickled ginger and island chili, making it a wonderful place to experience the taste of Okinawa in Nagoya.
