Kyōrakutei Mogami is the only branch of the Kyōrakutei name, continuously exploring a new soba culture. The hand-made soba by the owner uses Aizu-produced buckwheat flour and is made with a small amount of binding agent, allowing for a rich flavor and exquisite texture. The interior offers a quiet and charming atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a leisurely time. A wide selection of carefully chosen snacks is also available, pairing excellently with sake.
