Soba noodle shop in the mountains rich in nature
The restaurant is nice with sunlight shining through the trees and a wood-burning stove.
The soba noodles are thick and firm, and you can choose between rustic buckwheat noodles and zaru soba.
The thicker you bite into the rustic soba, the sweeter it tastes!
The aroma and sweetness filled my mouth with the delicious soba.
The dipping sauce was a little thicker than I like.
P.S. On the way home, we encountered a large group of mountain monkeys.
