We took the course because we wanted to drink slowly. We had 8 skewers of yakitori, but if there was a skewer we wanted to eat, we could have it changed. Starting with the hearty "Kashiwa," we enjoyed gizzards and Tsukune. The vegetable skewers were also delicious, with the flavors of the ingredients really coming through. For drinks, we ordered a glass of wine and sake. We enjoyed the marriage with the yakitori.
