This daifuku is wrapped in fluffy and chewy mochi, filled with four types of fruits - raspberry, blueberry, banana, and pineapple, along with a refreshing cream and Mitoya's proud white bean paste. It is finished as a daifuku that makes you want to eat one more with its exquisite balance. The kanji character '咲' in the name means 'to smile'. With the wish 'to make the person who eats it smile' and 'to help make important people smile', it was named with such thoughts.
