There are really many types of dishes, and it’s exciting to have everything from side dishes and oden to rice dishes and ramen. The sweet potato shochu with water is served in a mug, and its rich flavor is satisfying. The marinated mackerel, when combined with soy sauce, ginger, and green onions, brings out a perfect balance of acidity and moistness, making it the best. The sashimi of gizzard is fun with its crunchy texture, and it has no strong taste, making it easy to eat. The local shrimp cutlet has almost no filler, and the flavor of the shrimp comes through directly, leaving a lasting impression. The combination of keema curry and naan is also rich in spice aroma, allowing me to enjoy a dish from a different genre, which is satisfying.
