I have visited about 4 times in total, with a reservation for November 2021 after my visit last September, and had stopped booking as of yesterday. The owner-chef of this restaurant is from El Búzí, Spain, and he told us that he was going on a training and company trip with his staff since last year, but he happened to be unable to travel at this time, so we received a slot for him to open for business. The price includes pairings and the ingredients are from Noto, where he is from, but it is also quite cosy with a lot of direction. After dinner, you can use the bar and order an Irish coffee cocktail, which is also an interesting presentation.

Chef Yabunaka's restaurant, formerly from El Bougie. Although it loses some of its freshness after repeated visits, the people I go with are usually satisfied with the restaurant and leave satisfied. The price is very reasonable, and Mr. Yabunaka's presentation is good. I visited last May, next time in October, and the next time in September this year. The next one was in September of this year. The restaurant is already booked for next year and they have stopped taking reservations. However, rather often we get cancellation notifications via Pocket Concierge. I wish AutoReserve would pick up on these things.

The restaurant is full until 2022. The reason for its popularity is the theatricality of the food, which is fun to eat, the price of 20,000 yen including pairings, and the sublimation of familiar, simple food to the level of a restaurant. Combined with the personality of the owner-chef, it makes the restaurant even more popular. All in all, it was a restaurant I would like to visit again after a long time.

The restaurant is performing so well that there is an equivalent at the restaurant where you can eat for exactly 20,000 yen, including pairings per person. They have stopped taking reservations for the next time they come to the restaurant and will take reservations for January 2022 this October. Other than that, they will take reservations up to two months in advance on the first of every month if there are any cancellations.
