[Tokyo Kagurazaka] A new shop opened by a couple from a promising group. Perfect for sake lovers! I participated in the year-end sake tasting event. A satisfying short course with unlimited sake ◇ Caviar and clam porridge ◇ Assorted five appetizers Each dish pairs well with sake, allowing for a high pace of drinking, one cup per dish. ◇ White miso pork soup with fried lotus root and yuzu The aroma of yuzu adds a nice accent. The rich flavor of the white miso is incredibly comforting. ◇ Fugu nanban It looks just like pork, with plump, large pieces that are very satisfying and delicious. The homemade tartar sauce pairs perfectly with the sweet and spicy sauce. ◇ Crab chili crab A crab version of shrimp chili. Fluffy with the addition of eggs. The slightly spicy sauce makes you want rice again. ◇ Meat and potato stew with water celery Thick yet tender slices of meat make this a substantial main dish. ◇ White rice ◇ Shirako mapo tofu The Sichuan peppercorns are incredibly effective, making my tongue tingle. Haha. The deep flavor makes the white rice go down easily. ◇ Cheesecake I managed to try all 15 types of sake served, and paired the final cheesecake with red wine. There were also commemorative sakes like zodiac sake, and I was happy to drink as much as I wanted before the new year. Thank you for the meal.
