I can enjoy a gradually increasing variety, and it’s exciting. The dishes are served in order, and the timing is just right. The oden has different flavors for each ingredient, and the umami of the broth is very clear. The melt-in-your-mouth chirashi and the flavor of the clam are particularly impressive. The shark fin and mochi pouch, as well as the rolled cabbage, are also fun, and changing the flavor with vinegar works well. There are also various dishes like sashimi, grilled eel, and rolled omelet, and even small rice bowls and soups are satisfying.

You can enjoy a variety of types in small amounts, and the dishes come out at a good pace. The broth for the oden is rounded, and it's interesting how the flavor combinations change with each ingredient. In particular, the daikon, clams, and shark fin leave a lasting impression. There are also plenty of other dishes besides oden, including grilled eel, silver cod, and small pots of sukiyaki. When you finish with a small parent-child rice bowl or clam soup, the umami of the broth gently spreads. The sashimi and fugu sashimi are also fresh, and the use of condiments and ponzu is pleasant and satisfying.
