Each dish is served while observing the situation, creating a very pleasant flow. With the chef's selection, I was able to enjoy different flavors of the same fish, including sea bream sashimi, sea bream hot pot, and foil-grilled sea bream. Adding a bit of mustard to the whale bacon enhances the texture and umami, making it the best. The abalone with sauce, young eel, and scallops are all prepared with care, making it impossible to stop eating. The sushi, including nigiri, fatty tuna, pufferfish, mackerel, and pickled sushi, is well-balanced and enjoyable until the end. In a calm space, the delicious sake and shochu are also delightful, leading to a high level of satisfaction.
