We made a cake to fully enjoy the deliciousness of chocolate using the fragrant Valrhona chocolate. We combined almonds and hazelnuts with this chocolate that has a nutty flavor. We did not use gelatin to harden it, and finished it with a soft texture. This is a chocolate cake that we want chocolate lovers to enjoy.
