The teppanyaki restaurant inside the hotel had a calm atmosphere that was very pleasant. I was moved by the moment I bit into the Okinawan shrimp, crispy with the shell on, while chatting with the chef at the counter. The abalone, infused with the aroma of white wine, and the Ise lobster paired with miso were rich in flavor, making me smile involuntarily. The Wagyu fillet was grilled in two parts, allowing me to enjoy its tenderness warm from start to finish. The combination of the finishing garlic rice and the pickled bitter melon was excellent, and I even went for a second helping of miso soup. The dessert, including mango ice cream and teppanyaki French toast, was also carefully prepared, allowing me to fully savor a leisurely time.
