The entrance is a bit hard to find, but once you step inside, it’s a calm space with the warmth of wood that feels comfortable. I get excited watching the careful movements through the shiny counter. For lunch, a variety of dishes are served at first, and you can order up to three pieces at a time, allowing you to enjoy your favorite toppings slowly. The white fish has a gentle sweetness that pairs perfectly with the acidity of the rice. The creativity with the salmon roe is interesting, and the flavors of the scallops, eel, and Spanish mackerel are memorable, with the aroma of the shrimp in the red miso soup being delightful. The pickled ginger is also impressive, and I was able to relax in the cozy counter area.
