This is a restaurant where you can enjoy pasta in a relaxed underground space. Once you take your seat, the food arrives quickly, so you can feel at ease even if you're hungry. The staff are cheerful and responded pleasantly to even the smallest requests. There is a rich variety of pasta that combines Japanese ingredients, and a dish with yuba (tofu skin) and tarako (cod roe) is particularly my favorite. The octopus aglio e olio has just the right amount of spiciness, with a good balance of ocean aroma and garlic. The style of eating with chopsticks is interesting, and the freedom to request a fork made for a fun experience.
