There are several types of tongue to choose from, allowing you to select according to your preference. The course included a tasting of different tongues and a harami rice bowl. A set of nigiri is also available, which can be enjoyed alongside the grilled beef tongue. You can choose whether to include an appetizer, and at the end, a sweet rice cake is served, making you feel a bit rewarded.
