The udon noodles with chicken tempura and half-boiled egg tempura bukkake had just the right amount of elasticity and firmness, and were impressively chewy and thirst-quenching. The runny vinegar drink also whetted our appetite. The service was pleasant and the taste satisfying. Although the restaurant is popular with a full house, the wait time was short, and we enjoyed our meal. I would like to visit this restaurant again.
