Enjoy the taste of a restaurant at home @ Ashiya | Delicious food makes me happy! Every day when I can't eat out, I want to at least eat delicious food at home! I heard that a restaurant I once visited and enjoyed so much was selling a take-out mizutaki set, so I immediately reported it to my friend and immediately went to buy it! We will take the soup after we receive your order, so reservations are required! You can make a reservation by phone or DM on instagram! Mizutaki Set (Mizutaki) 3,500 yen per person *Orders for two people or more are accepted. Set includes Includes chicken shirato-yu soup, tsukune, meat, yuzu kosho, ramen noodles Ready to eat! No vegetables are included, so prepare Chinese cabbage, mushrooms, and green onions! Anyway, this cloudy soup is extremely delicious! I wonder how much time and effort went into making such a concentrated, collagen-rich chicken soup? You can fine-tune the soup with the soy sauce and salt that is added. I used all the soy sauce but very little salt. The chicken meat is so soft and fluffy! The chicken meat is very tender and juicy! But the star of the pot is the soup! The thin noodles are perfect to finish off the rich broth! I can't believe I can enjoy the taste of Eirakugon at home... Thank you so much for making take-out! But the thing I have to thank the most is my friend who went to pick it up! Thank you so, so much! It seems that reservations are increasing day by day, so I recommend you to make a reservation as soon as possible! I'll be back to enjoy it again at the restaurant when I get settled! Thank you very much for the food!

I never thought I would find such a delicious chicken dish... @ Ashiya | Happy eating delicious food! I had heard rumors about this place for a long, long time! I had heard that the chicken here was unbelievably delicious, and just as I was thinking about going there, a good friend of mine visited and said it was superb! I made a reservation and got it! Eiraigon Mr. Eiraigon The restaurant is located about a 5-minute walk northeast of Hanshin Ashiya Station. The interior of the restaurant has an L-shaped counter in the front and a tatami room in the back! Umeshu with soda Hououmida's Umeshu (plum wine) is said to be very precious, and the flavor of the plums is very lively and different from a little Umeshu! As for the dishes, we had already made a reservation for the duck shabu-shabu, which is available only by reservation, and ordered a few dishes a la carte! Chicken Sashimi Assortment: This assortment convinced me that this is definitely a good place to eat! Kelp sashimi with white liver Chicken thigh tataki Sasami (white meat) Sasami (white meat) - Sasami kobujime (white meat kelp sashimi) The freshness of course, but also the richness of the entrails is exquisite! The skin is fragrant and the meat is blistering! The shrimp and sweet potato buns are usually made with lotus root, but I had the shrimp and sweet potato buns with a very moist, soft and gentle broth sauce. Kyabetsu Yuzu MoromiAs a break from chopsticks, we were served the yuzu citrus flavored moromi to go with the crispy cabbage, which was so delicious that we could eat it for a long, long time. The breast meat was cooked in an excellent way, making it very moist and tender. The wasabi did a great job! The Bonjiri is served with a squeeze of kabosu to refresh the palate. The meat and skin are randomly and finely skewered, which gives it an amazing visual appearance! The meat is very plump and the skin is juicy. The meat is so juicy and the skin is so juicy! This reddish, delicious looking duck is served in a golden broth made from magurobushi (tuna). The duck is so rich and robust, you could eat as many pieces as you like! The vegetables were also fresh and very tasty! And above all, the duck's delicious flavor was brought out in the superb soup stock! The owner is very particular about the grill and the yakitori is of a high level. It is one of the restaurants that I want to revisit for sure! Thank you very much for the food. 0797-34-8077 Tiny Ashiya 1F, 7-9 Omasu-cho, Ashiya-shi, Hyogo Business hours: 17:30-23:00Closed on Sundays, irregularly closed on Mondays

Personal Yakitori No.1. The ingredients, cooking, and salt balance are all perfect. The low-temperature cooked white liver and the reservation-only chicken hot pot, along with the truffle rice porridge to finish, are especially exquisite.
