Vegetables and chicken condensed!　@ Awaji | Delicious food and happiness♪ I have a friend who knows a lot about ramen! I've heard for a while that there's a restaurant I'd like her to visit! I've heard that there is a restaurant I want you to go to, but I hear it's very dense and thick! I was thinking that I would have to wait until the weather cooled down a bit before I could go. I was thinking that it would be tough to go there until it gets a little cooler. Lately, the temperatures have been dropping at night, and it's so much more comfortable! I was warming up to the idea that now might be the time. I decided to pay a visit to one of the BM stores I had been warming up to. Ennosuke Shoten The location is a couple of minutes walk north from Hankyu Awaji Station. Enter the shopping street and turn right at the first street. It is also within walking distance from JR Awaji Station. The store is a small store with tables in the front and counter seats in the back, totaling 12 seats. The pole means that there is a long line, right? The restaurant has a high rating of 3,72 on the food log (as of September 26, 2019)! I'm looking forward to seeing more and more! Potatiki Soba is the most popular ramen here! It is a thick soup with condensed chicken and vegetables! It's been a while since I've had a thick ramen like this, so I'm a little nervous! Potatiki Soba with Ajitama (Potataki Soba with seasoned egg) - 800 yen When I scooped the soup, I found it to be very thick. The soup is as thick as advertised, but it's not sticky, and it's packed full of flavor! The noodles are straight noodles. I like this type of noodle! The soup is thick, so the noodles get mixed in with the soup. I felt the weight of the noodles as I pulled them up. The ramen is topped with two pieces of rare chashu pork, green onions, white onions, and thick bamboo shoots. Aji-tama (seasoned egg) topping for 100 yen! The eggs were well seasoned! I was a little apprehensive before eating it because it was so rich, but I was surprised at how easy it was to eat despite the richness! For the same price, you can have a large serving of noodles, which is a great service for men! The tsukemen also looked delicious, so I'll have to revisit again! Thanks for the food!
