Tonkatsu Buta Ryori Ishii

This is a pork cutlet made with Iwachu pork, characterized by a crispy exterior and juicy texture on the inside. The pork sauté is finished with a mild apple ginger sauce, making it perfect to enjoy with rice. Additionally, the katsudon and tonjiru are popular menu items, each featuring a cooking method that maximizes the umami of the meat. In particular, the tonjiru is rich in meat broth and is recommended as a dish in the set meal.

The interior is a bright and spacious area, primarily arranged with tables for two and four people. It is suitable for families and groups, and also has tatami seating, allowing guests to relax and enjoy their meals comfortably. During lunchtime, it is bustling with office workers and students from nearby schools, creating a lively atmosphere while still allowing for a calm dining experience.

Opened in 2023, we operate during lunch hours at the Okinawan restaurant 'Nankurunaisa.' We offer a variety of pork dishes, focusing on tonkatsu made with Iwachu pork. Our attention to detail is evident in the frying oil used for the tonkatsu and the tonjiru made with Iwachu pork. We use carefully selected ingredients, and our seasoning is designed to bring out the natural flavors of the ingredients.
