A place to enjoy history and conversation When I entered and told them how many people were in my party, a cherry blossom cake and a tea set came out without saying whether I wanted it or not (lol). As one would expect from a long-established restaurant! This is the only thing they can do! Amazing! This place is said to be the birthplace of sakura mochi (or maybe not)! I realized again what a sakura mochi tastes like. When I asked the staff at the store, they answered all my questions. I don't think they would tell me anything about the history, sugar, or how they make it, but they were very friendly and talked to me about a lot of things. It is a great place to relax and enjoy conversation and history. If you like sweets, anko (red bean paste), or wagashi (Japanese confectionery), you should definitely visit this store!
