When I made a reservation and arrived, even though it was just after opening, there was already a sign indicating that the restaurant was fully booked, which made me excited about its popularity. The seating has partitions, allowing us to enjoy our time without worrying about those around us, and there are chairs for children, making it family-friendly. The warm hospitality from the craftsmen and staff eased my tension, and the conversations over the counter were enjoyable. The omakase nigiri, consisting of eleven pieces, included the standard offerings along with the day's recommendations, and each piece was fragrant and fresh. The miso soup, rich with the flavor of clams, the smooth chawanmushi, and the dessert were all part of the set, leaving me very satisfied. The service of allowing extra rice and the fun way of pouring wasabi soy sauce on top and eating it heartily made for a delightful experience, filling both my stomach and my heart.
