It is a style where only those with an introduction can enter, but the calm atmosphere makes it very comfortable. The counter is the centerpiece, and I feel excited watching the dishes being prepared right in front of me. Each dish showcases a sense of style in its presentation, and the beautiful plating makes me unable to look away. Seasonal seafood and vegetables come out one after another, and their gentle flavors melt my heart. There is a variety of drinks available, adding to the enjoyment of pairing them. The staff's attentiveness is thorough, allowing me to enjoy a relaxed time.

I visited through a referral, and the atmosphere is very calm and pleasant. It's a style where you take off your shoes to enter, and it's enjoyable to watch the chef's skills from the counter. Each dish is carefully prepared, and the flavors of Japan permeate through. The seating is only at the counter, which is close, creating an exciting feeling as you watch the cooking process. Although it's a referral-only establishment, the staff's response is bright and makes you feel at home. Finally, I enjoyed a fragrant eel rice bowl and was filled with satisfaction.
