Honke Sasaki

Honke is a long-established ryotei (traditional Japanese restaurant) in Nobeoka City, Miyazaki Prefecture, where you can enjoy the autumn spectacle of 'ayu-yana' (sweetfish fishing). Using locally farmed sweetfish, the salt-grilled version retains the natural flavors and is exceptionally tender.
