The homemade tofu was served first, and I was impressed by its rich flavor even on its own. The table had various condiments, allowing me to enjoy it according to my preferences. The dishes featuring tofu and yuba were very satisfying, and there was a wide variety of seasonal specialties. The eggplant and yuba mapo eggplant and the kampachi yuba rolls were particularly memorable in their deliciousness. The oden, simmered hamburgers, and takikomi rice also had a carefully crafted taste. The selection of alcoholic beverages was extensive, and I was able to thoroughly enjoy even smoky whiskey.
